Building Bridges Foundation, a Swiss foundation with registered office at c/o OBERSON ABELS SA, Esplanade de Pont-Rouge 5, 1212 Grand-Lancy, Switzerland (the “Foundation”, “Building Bridges” or “we“), determines the purposes and means of the processing of your Personal Data (as defined below) in the context of your use of the Website and the Portal and, as such, acts as data controller.

– The contact form: first name, last name, email, job title (optional), organization,
city, country (optional), content of your message.

When you use the Portal in order to register for an event or when you accept to be
registered for an event by a third party, we may collect in particular:–
Contact details: first name, last name, email;

residence, Swiss canton when applicable.

When you participate in an event organized by Building Bridges, we may, in addition to the
information referred to above, also collect:

The above-mentioned information collected as part of your use of the Website, the Portal or your participationin an event is hereafter referred to as “Personal Data“.
We never ask for sensitive data (i.e., personal data related to your racial or ethnic origins, political
opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union affiliation, genetic data, data concerning your health, private sphere or data relating to administrative
or criminal convictions and offenses) unless it is required by law. If we need
to process sensitive data for other purposes, we will inform you and obtain
your explicit prior consent.
