Director, Forest Solutions Group - WBSCD

Angela Graham-Brown is a purpose-driven sustainability professional with 15+ years of experience supporting global corporations in the formulation and implementation of sustainability strategies on climate, nature and equity. She has (co)-authored several publications/opinion pieces on corporate sustainability, covering topics ranging from net-zero and nature-positive, the circular bioeconomy, corporate social innovation, and cross-sectorial partnership models.

During the last 10 years working for the WBCSD, as the Director of its Forest Solutions Group and member of its Extended Leadership Group, Angela has built deep knowledge of corporate sustainability, with a focus on the forest products sector. This was achieved by growing and leading a global platform where 19 global companies in the forest products sector come together to develop tools and guidance to support their nature, climate and social corporate strategies.

Prior to joining the WBCSD, she worked as a consultant for a Boston-based management consulting firm founded by Harvard Professor Michael E. Porter, advising foundations and corporations on equitable systems change. Angela also worked for the World Economic Forum, where she was responsible for engaging a portfolio of global strategic partner companies in the WEF’s global initiatives and events. She started her career in strategic communications working in an agency on media and investor relations assignments for corporations, international organizations and private foundations.
