Dr. Mark Thompson
Senior Researcher, ZHAW
Dr. Mark Thompson is an econometrician/biostatistician who explores the causes of various phenomena using a wide variety of statistical techniques using both the frequentist and Bayesian epistemological paradigms, especially in the fields of medical biostatistics and finance.
Dr. Thompson loves answering hard causal questions with mountains of data. His experience in engineering data pipelines from raw data to final inference makes him especially useful in bridging the gab between IT and decision-making.
