Karin Reiter

SVP Sustainability & ESG, Adecco Group

Karin Reiter is SVP Sustainability & ESG at the Adecco Group, the world’s leading talent solutions and advisory company. She has worked as sustainability executive for close to 15 years. She served as Group Corporate Responsibility Manager of Zurich Insurance Group and Managing Director of its charitable Z Zurich Foundation from 2009 to 2016, and worked as independent consultant prior to joining the Adecco Group in June 2018, with a particular focus on ESG risk management and strategic philanthropy. Karin started out as international legal counsel before she moved into the sustainability area. 

Karin is a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Program since 2013, an advisory board member of GreenBuzz, and a member of Global Women Leaders. She holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and a certificate of advanced studies in corporate responsibility from the University of Geneva.
