Kevin Fay serves as Executive Director of the Global Food Cold Chain Council, an industry coalition organized in 2014 to promote reduction of food loss and waste as a means to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase food supply, and reduce waste of food and fresh water supply. Fay is one of the most prolific policy experts on issues such as ozone depletion, climate change policy, and other critical environmental policy challenges in the United States and around the world. He is consulted by governments, industry and non-governmental organizations in these matters, and is a lawyer by training.
