Lina Rossi has been the Andean Chapter Head at ANDE since 2018, and she is a Founding Partner of Grupo Impacta S.A.S., a consulting practice that conducts impact evaluations for small and growing businesses.Lina has over 15 years of experience in the small and growing business sector. Lina holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
