Michael Behan is Senior Development Officer at USAID. Michael is based in Geneva and currently serves as Senior Development Advisor for the United States Mission to the United Nations (USUN).Previously,, Michael provided legal, policy and strategic advice to USAID/Pakistan in Islamabad. As a member of the senior management team, he played a critical role in the design and implementation of USAID/Pakistan’s economic, health, governance and education activities. He joined USAID’s Office of General Counsel as an Attorney Advisor in December 2012, where he advised multiple Africa Bureau offices.
