Veronica coordinates the True Cost of Food project and the E4S Food and Agriculture platform. She is in charge of knowledge transfer, dissemination, and stakeholder management. She holds a PhD in Economics and is passionate about sustainability, food, and education, being motivated to contribute to systemic change by mobilizing stakeholders and transferring knowledge.
